Yes, you can enable/disable the Actions in Nexus Home Lite.
Just say, Ok Google, TURN ON Good Night to enable the Action and Ok Google, TURN OFF Good Night to disable the Action.
Note: You can only turn ON (Enable) Quick Actions and Home Theater Sequence since these Actions cannot be disabled.
